1. Télécharger et installer ActivePerl : http://www.activestate.com/activeperl/downloads/

2. Editer le fichier de conf « my.ini »

slow_query_log_file=c:\logmysql.log

3. Redémarrer mysql

4. Exécuter sous DOS
